GEOINT Throughput Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze a variety of information and intelligence relevant to the threats facing the systems, assets, and resources critical to the nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations. Lead or participate in approved studies, as needed. Provide additional analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports, as needed. Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with GEOINT analysis, collection requirements, operations, or tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes as a source throughput analyst (STA), source strategies analyst (SSA), or collection and requirements manager

  • Experience with providing recommendations for solutions to meet user needs

  • Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures

  • Knowledge of GEOINT Collection processes, geospatial information systems (GIS), or geospatial data and analysis

  • Knowledge of GEOINT foreign disclosure and release processes

  • Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration

  • Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED

  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team to manage competing demands and changing priorities to enable GEOINT Throughput

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with analysis, Associate's degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis, Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with analysis, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience with analysis

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with GEOINT International Affairs strategy, mission, policy, and procedures

  • Experience in working with a Disclosure and Release office on data or content release decisions

  • Experience in working with fielding GEOINT systems for international partners

  • Experience with GIS tools and capabilities

  • Experience with national-level GEOINT data repositories and libraries, including Net-centric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS)

  • Experience with developing requirements for GEOINT systems

  • Knowledge of GEOINT Integration Programs

  • Knowledge of IT architectures

  • Geospatial-Intelligence Proficiency Level-I (GPC-I) and Level-2 (GPC-II) Certification for Geospatial Intelligence or GIS

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
