SharePoint and Tableau Staff Officer

The Opportunity:   

As a staff officer supporting the awards program for a national security client, you will ensure SharePoint sites are updated, taskers are managed, submissions are edited for clarity, and ensure compliance with policy and guidance. You will prepare and brief senior leadership on tasker and award status. By using your expertise in Tableau, you will create and maintain dashboards outlining specific data points.

You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience developing, preparing, and editing minutes, reports, and messages for a diverse audience in a front office environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite tools, including Access and SharePoint
  • Experience leveraging a range of data sources for manpower, performance management, and awards programs
  • Experience performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical and technical reports, publications, and graphics, and maintaining soft-copy files
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases, SharePoint, summary data, spreadsheets, graphic documents, and Tableau dashboards
  • Experience building complex functions, formulas, and macros within Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
