The Opportunity:
Critical decisions are made every single day in the intelligence community and for our military. In this role, you will provide the technical and management expertise necessary to advise the client on the development, dissemination, integration, and communication of strategies, policies, studies, and business processes as they relate to the client's purpose and mission sets. You will be examining and assessing the policies, strategies, mission and vision, and business processes across the IC, the Agency, and the division and developing supporting documents that address governance, strategies, information management, and procedures. You’ll contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and Agency, as needed, and the development and communication of associated messages and communication and outreach strategies across the division's workforce and agency. You will help to analyze the policies, directives, and customer consequences that drive the development of the agency's long-term content strategy. You will use your knowledge to provide recommendations on the strategic communications necessary to convey the client's strategic goals and objectives to the workforce and stakeholders. You will facilitate information gathering, collaboration, and cross-cutting strategic planning efforts that span the entire organization, working closely with all levels of government.

You Have:
- 15+ years of experience with geospatial intelligence in government or industry
- Experience with providing expertise, thought leadership, consultation, facilitation, and guidance to the client or project team based on specialized expertise in business management, communications, or strategic planning
- Experience with GEOINT systems, processes, products, and service
- Experience with data management, trend analysis, and problem analysis resolution
- Experience in routinely interacting with senior-level directors or agency heads
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
