Key Role:
Provide analysis, development, and management of the client’s support agreements at the corporate level. Analyze agency Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), and Interagency Agreements (IAAs) for compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in drafting and coordinating Support Agreements to identify overlapping requirements, potential conflicts, or gaps with existing agreements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and draft agreements and ensure they are routed through the appropriate channels. Maintain the agreements database and develop a tracker for active and inactive trackers. Support the maintenance of support agreements and the instruction. Perform systemic, scheduled reviews of Agency Support Agreements to ensure continued relevance, currency, and compliance. Analyze external issuances, including IC or DoD policy, to ensure continued agency compliance with community Support Agreements guidance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in drafting and coordinating Support Agreements to identify overlapping requirements, potential conflicts, or gaps with existing agreements. Advise and assist component Support Agreements Officers with coordinating draft agreements among relevant stakeholders and coordinate and collaborate with Legal and Financial Management stakeholders. Provide agency-wide guidance and Subject Matter Expertise on Support Agreement development and staffing. Assist component Support Agreements Officers with clarifying and deconflicting agreement development and prepare and approve agreements for Front Office staffing, approval, and signature. Meet established guidelines, standards, and goals for researching, analyzing, drafting, reviewing, coordinating, and finalizing Agency agreements. Monitor agreement taskers in NCERTS for critical comments, non-concurrence, unresponsive directorates and agency elements, or requests for additional information. Collaborate with and assist agreement owners on adjudicating responses from agency stakeholders to facilitate the staffing process through to Front Office coordination and signature. Provide detailed Support Agreement lifecycle management from development though end of life in accordance with instruction. Review existing Support Agreements for currency and to collaborate with stakeholders on required updates. Maintain the support agreements database and development tracker for active and inactive agreements. Follow mandated records management requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
11+ years of experience in strategic planning, policy, or business analysis
2+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing high-level governance and acquisition documents, including agency directives or instructions, statutes, Executive Orders, or guidelines for the IC, DoD, or Executive Branch
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience tracking and managing formal taskers
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
