Leadership and Supervisory Instructor

Key Role:

Serve as a subject matter expert for developing, delivering, and maintaining curriculum for adult learners, including in-person and online. Provide training and outstanding customer service to all senior executives and leaders at all levels throughout the organization. Stay current and abreast of market research and changing requirements across the agency and incorporate these updates into curriculum where appropriate. Provide strategic insights to solve challenges and incorporate solutions into the program as part of continuous process improvement. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement and analysis to better understand challenges of supervisors and leaders. Apply expertise in learning technologies and standards of practice and collaborate with key stakeholders to design high-quality and engaging courses that are online and instructor led. Leverage knowledge to provide guidance, strategic support, review, and feedback of courses on a regular basis and incorporate updates to the program to ensure its success. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience with learning and development

  • 3+ years of experience with instructing adult learners

  • 3+ years of experience with supervising and leading teams

  • 2+ years of experience with managing curriculum design, development, delivery, and maintenance 

  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations 

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with supporting leadership, supervisory, and professional development programs 

  • Experience in the Intelligence Community 

  • Experience with Instructional System Design (ISD)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
