The Opportunity:
When our country’s cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough – we need a plan. And when that plan needs to protect and develop Information capabilities across the Marine Corps, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, an Information capability specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of our client’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. You Have:
10+ years of experience with Navy or Marine Corps information capabilities, including intelligence, electromagnetic warfare (EW), communications, network operations, cyber security, or information warfare programs or projects
Experience working with senior-level decision-makers within the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services
Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations, DoD and DON policies, and the relationships between primary NMC operations, engineering, and acquisition organizations
Knowledge of the relationships between Government and Industry
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience working as project manager and leading programs involving IW and Cyber operations, network management, or technology services
Ability to work with and report to senior military leadership
Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
TS/SCI clearance preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or Information Warfare (IW)
PMP and IAM II certification, such as CISM or CISSP
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
