The Opportunity:

You will serve as a Requirements and Acquisition Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) Science and Technology Division (S&T DIV). As a Requirements and Acquisition SME, you will play a pivotal role, for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), in conducting research, analysis and responsible for collaborating across military, government, and industry. Your expertise in Requirements and Acquisition processes, organizations, and documentation, coupled with your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, will be essential in gathering data and fostering cooperation to identify future challenges and opportunities, develop warfighting concepts, and comprehensively explore options to inform the combat development process and meet the challenges of future operating environments.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development of forward-thinking solutions that address complex challenges. This effort shall enhance the ability of MCWL S&T DIV to identify, develop, and deliver innovative capabilities for warfighter assessment and experimentation in support of the Marine Corps future force design and development activities.

You Have: 

·       10+ years of experience with DoD combat development and acquisition

·       Experience with MAGTF capabilities, posture, and operations

·       Experience with JCIDS and concept creation

·       Experience with contributing to effective collaboration and coordination

·       Experience with driving data collection and analysis

·       Knowledge of Force Design 2030 and current and emergent technologies being applied by the USMC

·       Ability to use communication expertise to read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively and interact across the civilian and military spectrum, from Action Officers to General and Flag Officers

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team to develop comprehensive solutions that align with the organization's objectives

·       TS/SCI clearance

·       Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

·       10+ years of experience with HQMC Combat Development and Integration and Marine Corps Systems Command

·       Experience as a previously serving USMC Senior SNCO, Officer, or Chief Warrant Officer

·       Experience with DoD warfighting labs

·       Experience with Marine Corps Warfighting Lab

·       Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
