C4 Exercise Planner

As a C4 Exercise Planner, you’ll bring your expertise in tactical military operations and training background to collaborate with thought leaders in the live, virtual, and constructive exercise community on projects planning and coordinating exercises, training, and operational activities in support of requirements. You’ll use your skills as you research and analyze real-world operational requirements and provide assessments and recommendations to introduce and integrate appropriate training to meet established requirements. Work with us to help evaluate operational and training requirements and develop programs to ensure support to current and future operations. Coordinate across staff functions and with multinational partners.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting the planning and development of large-scale network architecture, including creating network architecture artifacts  

  • 5+ years of experience working with military standards (MILSTD) and standardization agreements (STANAG) for military command, control, communications, and computers 

  • Experience using Microsoft Visio and Office Suite technologies, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical members 

  • Top Secret clearance 

  • Bachelor's degree 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience at the headquarters level of a military command, including Joint Staff, CCMD, or Service HQ 

  • Experience facilitating or planning events, conferences, or workshops 

  • Knowledge of formal DoD staffing and coordination processes 

  • Knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) 

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • TS/SCI clearance   

  • Master's degree in International Relations, Foreign Policy, Security Studies, European Affairs, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
