Counterintelligence Current Operations Planner

Key Role:

Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Support USEUCOM efforts to establish and maintain the USEUCOM theater CI, HUMINT, and exploitation operation planner. Employ tools to manage component inputs, branch and division-level operational requirements, and inquiries related to CI, HUMINT, and exploitation operational views and compatibility with the USEUCOM User Defined Operational Picture (UDOP). Support the USEUCOM RFI process by coordinating with USEUCOM components and other agencies to ensure RFIs are tracked and completed within the assigned suspense. Coordinate with USEUCOM, components, military services, national agencies, and NATO entities to schedule and de-conflict events, conferences, and meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with conducting support to CI and HUMINT operations 
  • 3+ years of experience with a Combatant Command
  • Experience with DoD knowledge management regulations and policies
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration
  • TS/SCI clearance 
  • Bachelor's degree 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Experience with working at a COCOM 
  • Experience with providing intelligence support to CI and HUMINT activities    
  • Experience with using intelligence automated systems   
  • Knowledge of the intelligence community missions, functions, and interrelationships   
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Graduate of CJ2X course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
