Counterintelligence & HUMINT Plans and Exercises Desk Officer

Key Role:

Support a Combatant Command client’s counterintelligence operations and capacity building requirements as a Desk Officer in a Headquarters Staff environment. Draft plans and operational proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. Provide specialized operational and technical counterintelligence support to collection methodologies. Conduct liaison between USEUCOM and the component commands regarding counterintelligence operational requirements. Develop and present briefings to facilitate counterintelligence initiatives for operations and special projects and programs. Assist in developing products, including daily reports and summaries and formal and informal briefings. Provide support to USEUCOM and its various Components' exercises as needed with up to 25% TDY.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with supporting counterintelligence activity and analysis

  • Experience with the European AOR

  • Experience working in a Joint Combatant Command environment

  • Experience with writing and supporting DoD Plans and Exercises

  • Ability to TDY up to 25% of the time

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Completion of military or government Counterintelligence training course

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work shifts

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
