Cyberspace Operation Situational Awareness Tools Integrator

Key Role:

Provide direct support to implement Program Management Office (PMO) tools providing Cyberspace operations situational awareness (SA) to satisfy Combatant Command objectives as part of US European Command (USEUCOM). Support USEUCOM Cyberspace operations by doing research and analysis and identifying gaps and shortfalls related to theater-specific Cyberspace operations. Coordinate with DoD and military program offices on tools development or modification to support Combatant Command requirements. Promote Combatant Command warfighting priorities while facilitating the installation of Cyberspace situational awareness tools. Support the dissemination of theater-wide tools implementation guidance on policies and orders. Assist with maintaining data repositories used by these SA tools, including input and validation of data. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting system, software, or tool development

-5+ years of experience with DoD operations at the strategic or Combatant Command levels

-Experience with relational databases, data mining techniques, and the manipulation of front-end aggregation graphical user interfaces

-Experience with full-spectrum Cyberspace operations

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES), the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP), and the Adaptive Planning and Execution System (APEX) or Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-BA or BS degree in CS, Information Security, IT, or Computer Engineering preferred

-DoDI 8570 Level II Certification, including Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
