The Opportunity:
As a Project Manager, you’re passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. In this role, you will provide program analyst support to the military project manager in design, development, and implementation for the U.S. Air Force with existing and new requirements from U.S. organizations. You will use your background and qualifications to support and optimize the client infrastructure and systems used by NATO. You'll deliver strategic planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency, ensuring a secure and effective U.S. Air Force program.
You won’t go at it alone, you’ll work alongside other specialists to perform system analysis and optimization, analyzing existing NATO and DoD IT systems and processes in the Air Force, and identifying areas for improvement. You'll oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data related to NNG operations, while ensuring data integrity and security and developing tools for data reporting and visualization. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications used in the military, collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. You'll ensure all IT systems and processes comply with DoD and NATO standards and security protocols. You'll conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities. You will ensure mission success using your effective communications and organization expertise, and serve as a liaison between IT teams, transport personnel, and other stakeholders.

You Have:
- Experience leading and guiding the work of a technical staff
- Experience liaising between business and technical aspects of projects
- Knowledge of compliance and security requirements to ensure IT systems comply with standards and security protocols
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes
- Ability to monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
- Top Secret clearance
- Associate's degree and 7+ years or experience as a project analyst, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years or experience as a project analyst
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working with NATO
- Knowledge of the DoD Mission Partner Environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a technical field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
