The Opportunity:
As an Intelligence Watch Officer supporting a Combatant Command executing its 24/7 mission, you will support the expanding expectations and missions as the client transitions to a warfighting footing. You'll be responsible for developing and presenting daily intelligence update briefs to General Officers and Flag Officers, maintaining awareness of on-going operations across the Combatant Command's Area of Responsibility (AOR), and providing indications and warnings in support of those operations. Additionally, you will support the client, as the intelligence representative to the Combatant Command.
As a Watch Officer, you will possess in-depth knowledge of the Combatant Command Area of Responsibility, including military capabilities, the current and estimated geopolitical environment, the status of organizations and threats, and the all-domain warfighting capabilities of potential adversaries from the tactical to the strategic level. You will also be an expert in executive level writing, briefing, and information conveyance to senior leaders. This position requires shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, providing 24/7 client support.

You Have:
7+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including foreign military capabilities and force employment
Experience with working on issues of adversary military capabilities and military employment of fielded or developmental weapons systems for strategic effects
Experience with assessing and evaluating geopolitics and security issues in the EUCOM AOR
Experience with intelligence production, analysis, briefing, operations, CIP and COP layer and object management, and report writing
Knowledge of NBC developmental weapons systems, units, capabilities, and employment
Knowledge of military terminology and weapon systems
Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills to write and brief General Officers and Flag Officers
Possession of excellent critical thinking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing intelligence support to current operations
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
