Knowledge Manager

Key Role:

Develop, plan, and manage division-wide Change Management (CM) and Knowledge Management (KM) digital transformation initiatives. Represent client interests to ECJ36 Information Systems and Knowledge Management (ISKM) and EUCOM Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Office (ECDAO) for Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool initiatives. Support command-wide technical DevOps projects and analytical solutions owned by the ECJ5 client. Support and guide division, and directorate senior leadership on Agile best practices and organizational change management. Facilitate agile style meetings. Design and manage business processes and automated workflows. Apply analytical processes to planning, design, and implementation of information systems to include GOTS and COTS.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Expereince with DevOps tools
  • Experience as a SharePoint administrator or developer  
  • Knowledge of current USEUCOM, DoD, and NATO technical standards and regulations 
  • Knowledge of nternational management and information systems best practices and leading developments 
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Agile and Scrum certification 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with sometimes rapidly changing requirements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
