Job Description
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a MASINT Capability SME, you use your specialized technical and analytical experience to work as part of a diverse contract team performing in-depth review and development of planning products and future capability documents. You'll respond to MASINT-related RFIs and provide MASINT-specific review and inputs for USEUCOM plans and exercises to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to our warfighter.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand airborne, ground, maritime, and space MASINT collection platforms and sensor capabilities. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT and GEOINT. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for USEUCOM and provide input to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), the Intelligence Community Capabilities Requirements (CCR) process, and associated USEUCOM working groups and processes. As the authority on your area of expertise, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.
Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our clients, warfighters, national leaders, and policymakers.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
You Have:
10+ years of experience within the MASINT intelligence discipline

Experience providing written and oral communication to develop and shape JCIDS urgent and emergent needs documents, Program Based Review (PBR) issue papers, input to ICCR Statement of Capabilities (SOC), or Command advocacy letters to IC or DoD principals
