Job Description
Key Role:
Leverage specialized operational expertise and analytic methodology to support sensitive activities development, planning, operations, and assessments. Employ comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms and data sources to fill information needs and expand understanding of target vulnerabilities. Fuse qualitative and quantitative information from open and classified sources to enable operational planning, highlight potential opportunities, and support decision-making for battlefield effects. Simplify complex issues and network interactions for integration into theater operations and plans. Use advanced research techniques to conduct research and analysis for short-fuse and long-term projects. Assist in operational planning and component command targeting integration, and participate in working groups and associated forums for cross-functional, full spectrum joint targeting.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience analyzing multifaceted situations, drawing conclusions, and providing timely recommendations to senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience communicating clearly, concisely, and professionally in various decision-ready written products and verbal presentations, and working discussions to various levels up to 2-star commander or higher with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting or developing sensitive activities
- Experience leveraging scientific methods to inform qualitative and quantitative analyses and leveraging critical thinking and advanced research techniques
- Experience leveraging collection platforms and data sources to fill information gaps for operational planning efforts
- Experience working topics for the European theater
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process and associated publications, authorities, and permissions
- Ability to summarize information based on analysis of data from disparate sources and make quick recommendations for next steps
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Irregular Warfare
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-concurrent tasks
- Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
