Operational Assessment Planner

Key Role:

Support the strategic analysis from the vantage point of promoting and protecting national interests. Conduct methodical research, evaluate the operational environment, and provide empirical evidence on the impacts on vulnerable populations and how that affects the achievement of campaign plan objectives. Refine large volumes of data to produce high-fidelity, highly distilled, and qualitative results. Clearly, concisely, and effectively communicate findings in writing and verbal communication and organize, plan, and author finished analysis reports.

 

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience as an industry or government professional in irregular or unconventional warfare (IW/UW), counter threat (CT), counter weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) operations, or security cooperation (SC) authorities

-5+ years of experience in the military

-Experience as a PSYOP NCO or officer

-Ability to quickly assimilate into and contribute to a multi-functional team

-Ability to have strong research capability and exercise critical thinking

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a field-grade officer or chief warrant officer

-Experience with military targeting

-Possession of excellent oral and communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-MA or MS degree in International Relations, Political Science, or similar field

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
