Program Management Support Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting the oversight of multiple projects. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the projects on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management support specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain a high-profile, executive-led program in support of military innovation projects in Europe. You’ll work with the client to keep the executive review board on track through the management of the Integrated Master Schedule using tools like MS Project. Our client also needs you to support program execution by developing meeting agendas, creating presentation materials, and coordinating schedules with key stakeholders.


The real impact of program management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Whether preparing decision-making products for senior leaders, drafting minutes from meetings, or coordinating with other program specialists, your exceptional communications skills will be on display and make a direct impact on the program.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with preparing deliverables for Executive level review
  • 3+ years of experience with using Office 365 Suite, including MS PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to manage integrated master schedules in MS Project or similar products
  • Ability to draft technical reports
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as an Executive Officer or Director of Staff on a military headquarters staff
  • Knowledge of Combatant Command organizational structures, functions, and battle rhythms
  • Ability to review administrative products with attention to detail
  • Scrum Master Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
