What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). We’re looking for a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer to support the increases requirements across the command and enable automation of several additional IT management processes and databases. The ServiceNow Administrator and Developer will design, develop, code, test, and debug new software products and make significant enhancements to existing ServiceNow modules.
As a system administrator on our project, you’ll design service catalog items in accordance with customer requirements and publish and maintain service catalog items. You’ll work collaboratively to create and maintain service portal pages and content and manage customer experiences via portals, pages, and items. You’ll manage user experiences within the Now platform via homepages, dashboards, and workflows. You’ll create and maintain application and technical services. You’ll manage core foundation data, tables and columns, and configuration item (CI) classes. You’ll create and maintain CI relationship data. You’ll accurately create, test, and manage update sets in a high paced environment. You’ll use best business practices to configure tables, forms, and workflows. You’ll consult on creation and modification of business processes based on knowledge of the Now platform. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
Your system administrator and development expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with two or more ServiceNow areas, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or SAM
Experience in IT Service Management and Service Portfolio modules
Experience with Vancouver and version upgrades
Experience with JavaScript and Angular scripting
Ability to pursue continuous improvement and innovation
Ability to take on administrative roles as needed, including user training
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience working with IT Service Management, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience working with IT Service Management, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working with IT Service Management
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Fundamentals, CMDB Fundamentals, ITSM Implementer, and CSM Implementer Certifications
Nice If You Have:
Experience with HTML or CSS
Experience with SOAP and REST API
ITIL Release, Control, and Validation Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
