Job Description
Key Role:
Assist EUCOM with long-term military problem-solving and analysis by leveraging European regional expertise. Participate in EUCOM joint planning groups and operational planning teams. Participate and represent EUCOM equities in Joint Staff level working groups. Develop solutions and author strategic guidance. Form and leverage formal and informal relationships to produce solutions to ill-defined problems. Develop info papers by synthesizing complex problems into easily understandable products. Assist with collaboration and integration across EUCOM, DOD, DOS, and interagency stakeholders, including EUCOM Directorates, Components commands, Unified commands, Joint Staff, Defense Agencies, and Embassy Country Teams on security assistance, and security cooperation efforts. Support EUCOM in coordinating Key Leader Engagements with Allies and Partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with the military or government
- Experience with combined bi-lateral or multi-lateral security cooperation planning with Allies or partners
- Experience with authoring strategic-level policy documents
- Experience with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to synthesize complex problems into easily understandable products
- Ability to organize and manage executive-level multilateral events
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Combatant Command campaigning and campaign planning, including country-level planning
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders toward a common objective
- Ability to determine focus and workflow with competing priorities
- Ability to operate independently and proactively
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Master's degree in International Affairs or Public Policy
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
