As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll guide your team to success with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for someone like you with the skills and experience to build an Enterprise Case Management system from vision to production-ready system.
As the Senior Technical Lead on our team, you’ll lead a team of engineers and software developers to overcome your client’s most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches alongside open-source frameworks and tools. You’ll use your passion to adopt new tools and techniques and mentor your team as you identify and implement system improvements. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to ensure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:
5+ years of experience working directly with engineering and software development teams delivering software to production
4+ years of experience leading full stack development work
Experience with delivering and leading Scrum, Kanban, or Agile-based teams
Experience with designing and implementing large-scale solutions serving multiple business units or customers
Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
Experience with leading the integration of API or REST-based services
Knowledge of Agile Lifecycle Management tools, including Jira and TFS or Rational for tracking, reporting, and documentation
Knowledge of programming languages, including Python and Javascript
Knowledge of Extract, Transform and Load processes and big data solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with implementing a DevOps CI/CD pipeline and deploying automation tools, including Jenkins or Docker
Experience with notebook-based development or Databricks
Experience working with large federal organizations in a consulting-based role
Knowledge of COTS-based implementations, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, or Appian
Knowledge of Cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
TS/SCI clearance
SAFe certification
Security+ certification
Agile CSM certification
AWS or DevOps-based Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
