Training and Assessment Analyst

Key Role:

Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of data over time, providing quality assurance to data collection efforts. Research and communicate how client problems can be answered or informed using critical thinking, innovative solutions, and analysis of data. Manage relationships within an ever-changing client space while conducting and refreshing end-user training materials to suit client needs. Create and deliver briefs and analyses to senior-level staff while contributing to a multi-dimensional team through collaboration and teamwork. Manage short-term deadlines and attend strategic meetings to further client relationships, delivering results while providing continuity in a high-turnover client environment. This position requires the travel up to 25% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing After Action Reports, Commander's Exercise Evaluation Reports, and inputs to the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
  • Experience with analyzing and developing inputs to support the Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic/Marine Corps for client assessment
  • Knowledge of the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), including Training Proficiency Observations, Training Proficiency Assessments, and Mission Training Assessments
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree and 6+ years of training and assessment analyst experience or MA or MS degree and 3+ years of training and assessment analyst experience
  • Completion of specialized education JPME Phase I in Military Joint Operation Planning

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel anywhere in the U.S. and EUCOM or AFRICOM AORs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
