Digital Solutions Architect, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a senior technical leader of a digital solutions team focused on driving life cycle software development, software modeling and simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and software modernization while meeting client challenges, driving innovation, accelerating technology, and developing talent. Apply technology and innovation into multiple client spaces, including the DoD and various ground vehicle defense organizations with a focus on software modernization and transformation activities. Lead modern software development practices and technologies, including Agile/Lean, DevOps, Cloud, Web APIs, and micro services. Provide technical leadership based on industry trends and drive relevant innovations to scale the firm’s digital capabilities and solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-20 years of experience in engineering with an emphasis in software, hardware, firmware, or systems engineering

-2 years of experience with program management and risk management

-Experience in applying modeling and simulation with all phases of the system life cycle

-Experience in developing, sustaining, or integrating with weapon system platform

-Secret clearance

-BS degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations

-Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

-Experience with Cybersecurity and mission assurance

-Experience with program shaping and capture 

-Experience in architecting solutions, prototyping, or rapid fielding in an Army environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-MS degree in Engineering, Software Engineering or CS
