Key Role:
Perform data collection, data aggregation, data analysis, and program management analysis to determine Jungle Warfare Training Center (JWTC) training product requirements. Develop, update and maintain master lesson files in accordance with applicable policies. Analyze changes in doctrine and guidance in academics management and provide implementation recommendations and updated course schedules with Program Of Instruction (POI) refinements. Provide technical academic support to POI development and refinement and produce instructor development plans. Schedule and provide guidance to each course’s bi-annual Course Curriculum Review Board, compile After Instruction Reviews (AIR), end of course critiques, and After Action Reports (AAR) into a database and provide trend analysis. Advise and assist on exercise related events, providing analytical, technical, and logistical analysis and recommendations during the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). Attend joint, bilateral, multinational planning conferences, working groups, and site surveys in order to gather data, plan, and provide recommendations to U.S. Government attendees on the conduct of military exercises.
