Job Description

Remote Work:
Job Number:
Warner Robins,GA,US
C2 ISR Systems Engineer

The Opportunity:

At a certain point, experience-based system design can start to look like clairvoyance. When you’ve developed so many systems that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technology-based challenge, but you can also anticipate and preempt future issues, you’re a solutions architect. You’ve evolved your skills into strategy through a long path of software development accomplishments and the curiosity to understand how all the pieces of an IT ecosystem fit together. Are you ready to use your combination of knowledge, skill, and experience to take on the toughest challenges in DoD Cloud technologies, systems integration, requirements analysis, AI/ML, DevSecOps, communications networks, acquisitions, and IC application development, delivery, and sustainment?

As a C2 ISR Systems Engineer on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting integrated systems designs, traceability matrices, technical reports, documentation, and dependency mapping. With your guidance, we’ll help transform the way DCGS integrates with the IC, C/JADC2, and ABMS, and use technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. What do you do next in a career when you’ve reached this level? You mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects.

Work with us and build the future of technology in AI/ML, Automation, Cloud, and Capability Delivery supporting SIGINT, GEOINT, Multi-INT, and Fusion operations for the better.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Experience in systems engineering background and in concepts, requirements management, and delivery and architecture integration
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) I, II, or III programs that manage the acquisition of large, complex information systems or weapon system projects requiring development, integration, implementation, and sustainment
  • Ability to apply advanced engineering and architecture methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical challenges, aligning software applications, services, platforms, and networks
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience integrating IT-enabled business solutions for DoDAF, the DoD, or the Intelligence Community, including SIGINT, GEOINT, AI/ML, and Fusion operations
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Financial Management, and Change Management frameworks to process modeling, IT management, and architecture activities
  • Ability to apply organization’s business strategy to technology advancements needed to support that strategy
  • Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related IT field
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4 Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
