Job Description
Key Role:
Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the life cycle via creative approaches which achieve functional end-states. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Apply specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in working with General Contractors to perform construction activities
Experience with conducting construction inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes
Ability to manage design or construction efforts, including document administration, scheduling, and funding
Ability to provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction issues
Ability to optimize performance, cost, and schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget
Ability to manage and verify change orders
Ability to work with various stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with commercial construction
Experience with secure building design and construction
Knowledge of project or construction management software
Ability to use basic computer software
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
