The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to support a senior executive within the DoD? We are looking for an Action Officer who can translate larger executive vision and program goals into action and support the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you'll work directly with a senior executive within the DoD to assist the client in daily operations and tasking and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work directly with clients to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You'll empower our clients through communication and ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You'll engage with internal and external clients to collect, understand, and communicate their requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into actions, and manage strategic scheduling and report progress. You'll write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with senior executive support or program management support
Experience communicating with and scheduling for senior executives or senior military officers
Experience developing and delivering executive leadership-level communications and briefings
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and be part of a team
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools
Knowledge of the Defense Travel System or a similar travel management system
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve issues and conflicts across workstreams
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ITIL v4 Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
