Business Process Change Strategist

Key Role:

Work with organizations to redesign business processes and provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Maintain responsibility for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects. Provide clients with consulting on other effects of new business processes and apply expertise in or comprehensive knowledge of a particular industry. Assist the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for moderately large or complex projects. Interact with middle- and senior-level executives at the client site. Support practice development initiatives. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with conducting as-is process analysis through stakeholder interviews, identifying pain points, and recommending process improvements

-Knowledge of working across client organizations and implementing change management

-Ability to work in a cross-functional team to provide recommendations

-Ability to examine existing processes, policies, and systems and identify pain points and bottlenecks

-Ability to provide to-be process recommendations

-Top Secret clearance

-BS degree
