Key Role:
Consult on the design and execute strategic and operational level wargames for a range of participants from senior military leaders to C-Suite leaders, action officers, and corporate managers. Consult on the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks associated with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, overseeing logistics, and authoring of after action reports and briefings. Assist with the application of COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes and procedures to craft wargames that allow participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in. This position will require travel between 20-40% of the time domestically and internationally, but the position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with developing seminars, workshops, and exercises
-Experience with delivering presentations to the public and creating marketing materials
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently or with small- to medium-sized teams
-Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20-40% of the time
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with cyber security
-Experience with developing plans and training documents
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
