Job Description
Key Role:
Work closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data to ensure effective implementation of the organization's human capital strategies. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing project plans, client delivery, and small teams
Experience supporting large working groups, such as setting agendas, coordinating events or speakers, or facilitating meetings or activities
Experience creating and tracking implementation plans, actions, and legislative requirements
Experience creating training products or resources around inclusive language or effective DEIA communications
Experience with DEIA, social science, public health, human capital, or I/O psychology
Knowledge of the DEIA mission
Knowledge of how to create or implement a DEIA strategic plan
Knowledge of how to develop, facilitate, and deliver DEIA training curriculum
Ability to provide guiding expertise in DEIA content areas
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with big data platforms and data analytics
Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or Qlik, and dashboard development
Experience with people or HR analytics, such as reporting on personnel data or climate surveys
Experience in UX/UI and application for dashboard development
Ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences through presenting, deck development, or report writing
Possession of exceptional product delivery and client communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
