Integrated Master Scheduler, Mid

The Opportunity:

As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an Integrated Master Scheduler who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SMEs, customers, and project analysts. You'll work with clients to develop and monitor project schedules. You'll establish and monitor the program's execution towards Acquisition Milestones, key events, and significant accomplishments. You'll leverage experience with logically linking tasks, resources, estimates, and budgets to allow Critical Path Management (CPM) analysis. You'll develop and manage multiple projects and program schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the Acquisition team. You'll integrate all program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a program level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You'll gather scheduling information, present activity updates, monitor progress against the baseline, and identify impacts to the critical path. In conjunction with schedule status cycle, you will facilitate analyses of the program level IMS actual progress against planned progress and will develop reports for various levels of leadership at various meetings to advise program leadership on schedule performance, forecasts and risks. You'll review the program's prime contractor schedule deliverables and effectively integrate with the Government program schedule. You'll perform analysis on prime contractor IMS submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Also, when required, you will provide “what if” analysis and potential courses of actions due to program changes or external influence showing impact to critical path

The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed.
