Integrated Master Scheduler

The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your scheduling and analytical skills to develop an integrated master schedule from initiation through completion? That’s why we need you, a skilled Integrated Master Scheduler and Data Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler and Data Analyst to join our team in support of a Department of Navy client IT services portfolio focused on Digital Transformation. You'll work with leadership and Product Owners in cross functional teams to develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives, Technical Performance Requirements, Contract Work Breakdown Structure, and the Contract Statement of Work. Additionally, you'll work with clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria, and support and manage multiple product schedules, communicating to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Furthermore, you'll apply data analytic skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with managing program or project schedules

  • Experience with scheduling tools

  • Experience with using Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting the Navy

  • Experience with IT management

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe and the ServiceNow platform

  • Experience with supporting DoD Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs

  • Experience with business intelligence tools to conduct data analysis

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
