Machine Learning Software Engineer, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to build a system that will have a positive impact? Are you a software engineer with machine learning skills who relishes the opportunity to leverage and deploy AI models within a solution? We are looking for a software engineer who embraces real-world AI problems and relishes the opportunity to apply the latest in technology. As a ML full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. We are looking for a developer with the skills needed to build an application from vision to production-ready system. This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements. Using the Software Development Life Cycle, you will build modern-day technical solutions with favorable technologies, including Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, SQL, Linux, and COTS and GOTS software frameworks. You can analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you are developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

In an increasingly connected world, massive amounts of structured and unstructured data introduce new opportunities. These opportunities require developers capable of building the services and infrastructure necessary to realize the promise of ML and AI. As a full stack machine learning engineer, you will transform cutting edge machine learning capabilities into applications that solve global challenges. You’ll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs, then collaborate with subject matter experts and an elite group of fellow engineers to deliver impactful solutions to the client. You’ll identify the right combination of tools and frameworks, train models, develop MLOps pipelines, and deliver robust machine learning applications that turn complex datasets into objective answers to help our military leaders make informed decisions in operational environments.
