The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that will innovate for out client? As an integration engineer, you know the importance of ensuring systems work together. You’re eager to apply your consulting experience and overhead systems integration knowledge to develop creative solutions.

On our team, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions for system integration projects across functions or between organizations that’ll directly impact the clients. Using Agile Framework and Systems Integration processes, you’ll work alongside software development engineers to integrate new data sources and plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion. You'll support the Development Program Manager on a wide range of sensor systems engineering and integration lines of effort, such as system design reviews, requirements management and verification, risk identification and mitigation, technical analysis, interface management, technical tradeoff studies, and monitoring of system developer performance.

In this role, you’ll impact a critical client program by integrating solutions for joint fires across domains. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have: 

  • 5 years of experience with overhead systems

  • Experience with space and ground communication systems architectures

  • Experience with manned and unmanned tactical ISR platforms, including compartmented system capabilities

  • Experience with mixing technical and analytic acumen and a breadth of US Navy or US Marine Corps mission to succeed in this role

  • Knowledge of technical interfaces and sensor integration with a mission partner's system

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning to make strategic analytic assessments, champion innovation activities across organizations, and succeed quickly in learning new technical and mission concepts, and comprehend new complex data sets

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or 10+ years of experience with overhead systems integration in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with sensor integration programs across multiple different agencies

  • Experience with fusing data from multiple paths to increase track confidence

  • Experience with Joint fires programs

  • Experience with SAP programs

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal briefing skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree in Systems Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
