Job Description
Key Role:
Help lead the assessment, review, and integration of IA and IT policies and plans within the customer's environment. Work with federal program leads from a prioritized work plan to coordinate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze policy documents, including formal guidance and procedural documents, facilitate internal and external reviews, adjudicate input, coordinate for review and Director’s signature, and assist with implementation and lifecycle management. Evaluate how policies and plans stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. Lead the identification and modification of standard policies and plans to support enterprise operations, continuity and contingency planning and programming and Intelligence Community compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience providing analytical support to policy and plan development
Experience with DoD or Federal Government policy or practices
Experience writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
Experience briefing clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with cybersecurity
2+ years of experience with NIST 800 series publications
Experience with the military or Federal government
Experience supporting senior-level organizations
Experience with the analysis of DoD-level policies or strategies
Experience with cybersecurity risk analysis
Knowledge of Cybersecurity Framework
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
