Program Acquisition Analyst, Senior

 Key Role:

Leverage operational and programmatic knowledge and experience to support acquisition programs. Support critical and insightful thought leadership in developing strategies, plans, and documentation in the areas of program management, fleet support, installation planning and execution, engineering, and logistics products to assist clients with shaping and executing the long-term vision and success of the program. Coordinate with stakeholders across the program office and with outside activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as military officer or senior enlisted in a NAVSEA program office with program or project management duties or in an OPNAV acquisition role

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the overall planning, direction and execution of major ship or submarine maintenance programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives

  • Knowledge of the PPBE process

  • Knowledge of program management, including the acquisition process, budgeting process, and financial tracking, such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and other metrics, funding execution, and the contracting process

  • Ability to communicate across and outside the program office

  • Ability to communicate ideas in writing clearly, effectively, and efficiently

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
