Program Management Analyst

The Opportunity:  

As an acquisition management professional supporting the Navy, you’re eager to support both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle in your clients’ missions. We’re looking for someone like you to be a liaison with the government. Bring your passion for supporting pre- and post-award federal contracts and improving the processes that defend our nation. 

This program ensures proper development and acquisition of the combat and weapons control systems for both in-service and new construction ships. The CIS Program Management Analyst will be responsible for overarching program management support, administrative functions, developing high-level spend plans, overarching programmatic financial management, implementation of business process improvement, developing senior-level financial or logistical briefings, tracking, providing status updates, processing a wide variety of tasks to completion, identifying and correcting data errors, and providing recommended solutions. You will maintain an action tracker to ensure tasks are completed correctly, comprehensively, and on time, maintenance of financial trackers, participation in various meetings, and assist with the monitoring of cost and schedule impacts. You'll consolidate comments and the evaluation of briefs, reports, and naval messages, and track configuration change documentation through the approval process, including coordinating across multiple other programs and organizations.

You Have: 

·       15+ years of experience with the Navy

·       5+ years of experience with Navy program management

·       3+ years of experience with Navy engineering support

·       Experience with using Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Ability to develop, document, and implement new processes

·       Secret clearance

·       HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

·       Experience in working with NAVSEA and Team Submarine

·       Experience in working with various Navy Waterfront entities, including shipyards, installation teams, and regional maintenance facilities

·       Knowledge of installation and technology insertion hardware processes and practices  

·       Ability to be proactive and work independently in a team environment

·       Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Possession of excellent organizational skills

·       Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
