As a program manager director at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading complex initiatives and execution teams. Your portfolio of customers will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with defense and intelligence program management, including running financials, monthly status reports, invoicing, and staffing across programs >$500M

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or driving tactical sales

  • Experience managing complex internal and external customer relationships

  • Experience managing large teams CONUS and OCONUS

  • Ability to demonstrate a collaborative management style and an inherent drive to deliver on commitments

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with an intelligence community (IC) program

  • Ability to build, organize, and lead technical and strategy teams to grow a portfolio of business

  • Ability to demonstrate established relationships with federal clients, including IC and DoD, and industry partners

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
