Strategic Workforce Intelligence Consultant, Senior

The Opportunity:

Our workforce intelligence team is looking for an experienced analytics consultant to deliver data-driven insights across strategic people priorities. This position requires a high level of business interest and acumen – as they must understand People Services strategy and partner with clients to shape their methodology and approach in line with strategic goals. This highly collaborative role will work across business delivery teams and people services centers of expertise on high-priority engagements. They will need to quickly understand the project vision, requirements, and expectations and counsel clients on appropriate analytical methods and tools to address the project objectives They will work with team leadership to use the right data sources to gather, validate, and integrate relevant data and information. This role also requires excellent communication - preparing and presenting clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate the findings and recommendations to the clients and stakeholders.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Partner with the sector integrators to understand their strategic talent analytics needs and priorities, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations

  • Support the development and dissemination of quarterly insights and workbench reports on key topics such as EVP, role and skills similarity, DEI, culture, and engagement

  • Contribute to the design and socialization of employee surveys, and facilitate focused action conversations based on the results

  • Provide input and feedback on the methodological enhancements and automation of triggers and dashboards

  • Assist with the data collection and analysis for the annual ESG report and other external disclosures and benchmarks

  • Support the delivery of executive-level materials and presentations on people data insights for various audiences, such as the Board, LT, Investor Relations, and Compliance

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices on people analytics, and share learnings and insights with the internal teams and clients

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce intelligence, or HR consulting

  • Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to communicate interpersonally, build rapport, and influence across levels and functions

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to demonstrate interest and curiosity in people-related topics and challenges

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Statistics

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with data visualization technologies such as Tableau or PowerBI

  • Knowledge of Booz Allen's people processes, systems, and culture

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Organizational Design, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
