Subcontractor Engagement Lead

The Opportunity:  

The Morpheus Task Order (T.O.) Engagement Team is looking for an experienced Subcontractor Relationship Manager to provide support to the Morpheus Engagement Team by providing direct engagement with subcontractors, partners, and Booz Allen technical solution teams as part of our support to the client in Applied Technical Disciplines (ATDs) that include Advanced Training, Autonomy and Artificial Intelligence (AI), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber-Defense and Combat Systems and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR), Cyber, Directed Energy, Hypersonics, Modeling and Simulation, Quantum, Science, Engineering, and Technology (SE&T), and Space Tech and Operations.

As a lead general management consultant on our Engagement Team, you will oversee subcontractor relationship building and sustainment and provide tangible recommendations for pairing developing business opportunities with subcontractors where warranted. You’ll lead discussions with Morpheus T.O. leadership and support staff and you will use your technical and operational expertise to make recommendations that will help the Engagement Team identify and prioritize solutioning opportunities to senior decision-makers.

You will work collaboratively with our Booz Allen and subcontractor team to develop solutions to identified problems. We will look to you to interact with existing and potential subcontractors, and have the ability to assess their capability and capacity to perform work in support of any proposed solutions in any of the T.O. ATDs.

You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience working on programs and projects in the Applied Technical Disciplines (ATDs)

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams

  • Ability to work with industry, government, and academia leaders and quickly translate ideas and concepts into technical products and solutions

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with maturing technologies, including supporting concept development, prototyping, fielding, and production

  • Experience with the Military or government

  • Experience with contracts, subcontracts, or teaming

  • Ability to work in a high tempo, cross-geography program environment and flexibly pivot as required with changing priorities and needs

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple levels of management

  • Secret clearance

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
