Supply Support Analyst

Key Role:

Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply specific functional knowledge. Provide technical support for processing requisitions in the Real-time Outfitting Management Information System (ROMIS) and maintain an automated tracking tool for new construction outfitting accounts in the Outfitting Requisition Control and Accounting System (ORCAS) while complying with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) material inventory and management objectives. Assist NAVSEA Program Office in developing and maintaining initial outfitting estimates for new construction ships. Identify material and logistics requirements for fielding, ship alteration, or repair in developing Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL), and Allowance Parts Lists (APL) in U.S. Navy Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy ships and shipboard systems in providing acquisition logistics services and lifecycle sustainment
  • Experience in logic acquisition for new construction and fleet introduction of Naval Ships, including design changes, ship alterations, and identification of how these alterations affect logistics acquisition support
  • Knowledge of the DoD and Navy logistics acquisition process, including regulations, directives, and statutes
  • Knowledge of the Navy’s application of the DoD acquisition process, including contracting and sea trials
  • Knowledge of key naval ship acquisition roles and organizations
  • Secret clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with Navy acquisition logistics or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with Navy acquisition logistics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP)
  • Experience with Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)
  • Experience with Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL)
  • Experience with Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL) and Allowance Parts Lists (APL)
  • Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Knowledge of Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS)
  • Knowledge of Logistics support to Foreign Military Sales programs
  • Knowledge of Reengineered Maritime Allowance Development (ReMAD)
  • DAWIA Level I Certification in Life Cycle Logistics

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
