We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can help our client meet their mission.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’d manage the delivery of the most advanced Digital Twin solutions. You’ll work directly with the client to deliver solutions in an agile way. You will move quickly in a fast-paced environment to drive the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and determine metrics to track progress.

You Have:
· 3+ years of experience with project management across the software development life cycle
· Experience with Agile methodologies
· Experience in working with and leading a cross-functional team of technical staff and engineers, designers, and business strategists and translating technical topics into client requirements
· Experience in supporting and interfacing with a government, displaying a proven track record of client delivery and engaging personality for client interactions, and providing reports to leadership
· Experience with supporting business process reengineering to optimize and streamline processes
· Experience with navigating conversations with clients who are hesitant about change
· Knowledge of product management and project management tools, including Microsoft Office or Jira
· Ability to lead a workstream and collaborate across other teams simultaneously as an individual contributor
· Bachelor's Degree
· Scrum Master or SAFe Certification
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with marketing and communications, including developing messaging and materials to supporting marketing and sales strategies
· Experience with Airtable for project or program management
· Knowledge of cloud architecture, including AWS and Azure, Digital Twin, IoT, or immersive technologies or game engine software, including Unity
· Knowledge of Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) toolsets

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
