Job Description
The Opportunity:
You know that a good mission critical application is more than just the code, infrastructure, and a nice-looking interface – it’s the way it addresses a user’s needs. As an experience designer, you can put yourself in the user’s place and design the best way for them to engage with the system being developed. We’re looking for someone creative like you to craft the ultimate user experience. Let's transform the way to improve user satisfaction by improving the interface usability. The UI/UX designer will select colors and font, positioning the page’s element to quickly and immediately communicate information for the user.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients’ vision and their users’ needs. Working on an agile team, you’ll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user interface. You will work closely with the business analyst and customer to come up with wireframes for user stories in the back log before they are pulled into a development sprint. You'll also help the team by minimizing the time a developer spends designing screens and will also help in getting the requirements to a more complete state to minimize rework.
Join us. The world can't wait.

10+ years of experience leading technology evaluation of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems, designing architecture to meet requirements and provide for future expansion, and applying systems analysis
