The Opportunity:
As a Strategic Analyst for the Identity and Exploitation Operations (IDEX) team, you’ll bring strategic, operational, tactical, data analysis, and program management expertise to collaborate and coordinate planning and activities at a DoD Service Component Command in support of real-world operations in Europe and Africa. You will lead and participate in mission planning, analyze policies and procedures, develop and implement programs, and provide subject matter expertise for deliberate and crisis action planning. Additionally, you’ll provide research, analysis, and technical expertise in the development of Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Orders, Concept Plans (CONPLANs), and Operation Plans (OPLANs). You'll apply expertise to assist in the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities in support of emerging requirements. Liaise with Joint and multi-national military organizations, and the inter-agency. Work with us, in a dynamic environment, to plan for and respond to real world events in Europe and Africa.

You Have:
6 years of experience with Military and Military Operations
2+ years of experience with the Military Decision-Making Process, planning, coordinating, and executing Military operations at the Division level or higher
2+ years of experience with IDEX
Experience with intelligence analysis, data collection, and exploitation
Experience with writing CONOPS and Orders
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with Strategic Planning and Analysis
Knowledge Management experience
Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience with operations and planning
School of Advanced Military Studies Graduate
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
