As an Identity Activities Technician in the Identity and Exploitation Operations (IDEX) field, you’ll bring your expertise in research, analysis, and exploitation to collaborate with and coordinate planning and activities at a DoD Service Component Command in support of real-world operations in Europe and Africa. You will use current exploitation Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Manage, conduct, and train within DOMEX, Forensic, and Biometric disciplines. You will perform exploitation activities across the spectrum in both operational and training environments as an emerging capability at the conventional forces level. You will prepare briefings and reports on your analysis methodology and results to senior leaders. Apply expertise to assist in the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities in support of emerging requirements. Liaise with Joint and multi-national military organizations, and the inter-agency. Work with us, in a dynamic environment, to plan for and respond to real world events in Europe and Africa.

You Have:
- 10 years of experience in the IDEX field
- 3+ years of experience in Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) or Forensic Exploitation
- Experience with DOMEX, including Media Exploitation (MEDEX), Cellular Device Exploitation (CELLEX), Small Unmanned Aircraft System Exploitation (DRONEX), and Document Exploitation (DOCEX)
- Experience with Presumptive and Confirmatory Trace and Bulk Chemical Analysis utilizing raman spectroscopy and Gas chromatography or mass spectrometry
- Experience with Latent Print (LP) identification, preservation and stabilization, powder and lifting, chemical dye stain processes, photography, and documentation on both porous and non-porous surfaces
- Experience with DNA Collection and Preservation and Biometrics Collection, and Exploitation Case Management Portals such as SOFEX, DEX, or DONISIS
- Knowledge of forensic chemistry
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) or crime scene collection
- Experience in training and assisting others to the beginner, entry, or tactical level as needed
- Knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2) Operations and terminology
- Knowledge of the targeting process and how Identity Intelligence Operations (I2O) feed the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle
- Knowledge of National Level Laboratories such as U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL), DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3), Exploitation Analysis Center (EAC), or evidence lab
- Knowledge of an Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Staff Officer
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience with operations and planning, or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience with operations and planning
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
