Network Administrator

Key Role:

Support a complex multi-level and multi-tiered environment, including integrating, managing, and supporting multiple classified environments. Maintain responsibility for Linux and Cisco OSs, backup and recovery solutions, and network equipment licensing. Ensure all services are performed in accordance with DoD and Air Force policies and procedures. Provide daily support for Special Access Program (SAP) activities. Leverage expertise in customer service, including providing professional Tier 1 and 2 support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with supporting network infrastructure administration for medium to large networks, SAN, and VoIP solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with conducting Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance and enterprise level vulnerability scans
  • Ability to learn new technologies and integrate them with existing configurations, set priorities and rearrange schedules to address unexpected issues, and perform in a fast-paced, high-profile environment 
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+, CCNA-security, SSCP, or GSEC

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with SecureView a plus
  • Experience with Solaris Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Special Access Programs (SAP) processes preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to determine and develop approaches to solutions

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
