Cyber Analyst and Helpdesk Technician

The Opportunity:

Your combination of people skills and desktop and system administrator knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. This is an opportunity to gain experience across multiple operating systems while supporting our DoD customer. You Have: 

  • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support on IT secure and unsecure systems and network
  • Experience in providing IT software and hardware support such as server support, desktop support, account administration, data transfer support, and operating systems upgrades
  • Experience providing remote desktop support to resolve critical IT-related issues
  • Experience answering user’s inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems
  • Experience working in a team environment and with all levels of management
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DoD IAT Level I or II Certification and IAM Level I or II Certification

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience as a System or Network Administrator
  • Experience interacting with service providers to resolve IT system, connectivity, and network issues
  • Experience providing problem solutions to meet requirements while adhering to security policies and plans
  • Experience using enterprise service tools including ServiceNow to document and track incident tickets
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with ACAS scan configuration and execution
  • Knowledge of DoD STIGs or SRGs, and Navy cybersecurity policies and requirements, and of ticketing systems, such as Remedy or ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
