Job Description
Key Role:
Perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client environment. Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and ensure appropriate level of discretion while handling highly sensitive and confidential data. Support a full range of administrative functions including performing heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, managing and organizing travel schedules, supporting leadership visits and events within the region, preparing meeting materials with a high attention to detail, providing client facing support as needed, and submitting expense reports in compliance with policy. Assist the executives in managing daily workloads and adjusting for revised priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive level support in a large corporate environment
- Experience with calendar management
- Experience with travel management and expense reporting
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, or PowerPoint
- Ability to proofread correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in daily tasks
- Ability to collaborate with senior staff and manage multiple priorities
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with analytics and data reporting
- Ability to read, write, and speak Japanese or Korean
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
