Administrative Professional

Key Role:

Provide administrative support to senior-level management and onsite Government personnel. Responsible for administrative duties such as policy verification, standardization, and implementation, formal document creation and maintenance, meeting and conference room scheduling, schedule deconfliction, and general document organization and quality assurance. Assist in the development of solutions to administrative problems of moderate scope and complexity. Be a team player, making sound decisions, taking independent action, analyzing problems, and providing focused solutions for clients while communicating information effectively to various audiences through both oral and written communication. Interact with internal and external clients, government security, and director-level leadership to perform administrative and organizational duties, and other duties as required. Provide support for escorting, badging, clearance verification, and document control. Support the opening and closing of secure facilities.  

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with secretarial and administrative work or front office support, including providing support to senior Government level management
  • Experience in communicating with senior executives and military officers 
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to various audiences
  • Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working in classified environments
  • Experience in classifying documents
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $46,900.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
