SCIF Manager

Key Role:
Provide support for escorting, badging, clearance verification, processing, and certification, document control, physical security, security briefings, awareness or training, and general security support, including alarm response for areas associated with these programs. Work with a team to ensure the site's security program is compliant with the facility's standard practices and procedures and NISPOM, ICD, and DoD requirements. Be a team player, make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions for clients while communicating information effectively to various audiences through both oral and written communication. Interact with internal and external clients and government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation, and program security access briefings, and conduct other security duties, as required.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with SCI or SAP
-Experience with SCI or SAP programs, including JPAS, and eQIP
-Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and DoD security requirements
-Ability to create verbal and written communication products, including reports and presentations
-TS/SCI clearance
-Bachelor's degree
